SHIPPING POLICY


Domestic and International Shipping

We ship wholesale orders both domestically within the United States and internationally to most countries. All shipments are sent via reputable carriers to ensure timely delivery and order security.

Seller's Responsibility:

  • The seller's liability for defective items, late delivery, or non-delivery is limited to the difference between the invoice price and the fair market value of the goods.
  • The buyer cannot claim additional damages, such as lost profits or indirect, special, or consequential damages.

Warranty Disclaimer:

  • The seller guarantees that the delivered goods match the description on the sales invoice.
  • No other warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a specific purpose, apply unless required by law.

Shipping Terms:

  • All orders are shipped FOB (Freight On Board) from the seller's factory, meaning the buyer assumes ownership and responsibility once the goods leave the factory.

Shipping Rates

  • Determined After Invoice Completion: Shipping rates are calculated based on the total weight of your order and the destination address. These rates are finalized and added to your invoice after your order is complete and ready for shipping.
  • Customs and Duties for International Orders: For international shipments, the recipient is responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or brokerage fees. These fees vary by country and are not included in the shipping rate provided by Liquid Energy Apparel.

Delivery Timelines:

  • Delivery dates are based on when goods leave the seller’s facility, plus up to 15 days for in-store completion.
  • A 10-day grace period applies to all delivery dates.

Shipping Methods

  • Carrier Selection: We select shipping carriers based on reliability, cost, and delivery speed. If you have a preferred carrier or account, please notify us before your invoice is finalized.
  • Order Tracking: Tracking information will be provided once your order is shipped.

Packaging

  • We package all orders securely to prevent damage during transit.
  • Once the order is shipped, we are not liable for damages, losses, or delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Order Discrepancies and Damages

  • Shipping Damage: If your shipment arrives damaged, please contact the carrier immediately to file a claim. Liquid Energy Apparel is not responsible for damages caused during transit.
  • Order Discrepancies: Any discrepancies in your order (e.g., missing or incorrect items) must be reported within 5 business days of delivery. After this period, claims will not be accepted.

Insurance

  • Insurance is not included in standard shipping rates. If you would like to purchase additional shipping insurance, please notify us prior to finalizing your invoice.
  • Liquid Energy Apparel is not responsible for uninsured shipments lost or damaged during transit.

No Cancellations or Modifications:

  • Orders cannot be changed or canceled once submitted.
  • Goods are made to order, and the buyer is fully responsible for payment.
  • Orders depend on the seller's approval of the buyer’s credit. If credit is not approved, the buyer must pay with cash on delivery or in advance.

Force Majeure (Uncontrollable Events):

  • The seller is not liable for delays or non-delivery caused by events beyond its control, such as:
    • Government actions, laws, or regulations.
    • Shipping delays or labor strikes.
    • Damage to goods or facilities (e.g., fire or destruction).
    • Market oversaturation as determined by the seller.
  • In such cases, the seller is released from its contractual obligations.
